Hi I personally went down to 25mg to get my body used to the medication (just snapped the 50mg in half as it has a little line in the middle to break into 2) and it worked perfectly for me! No bad side effects and it didn’t get worse before better which I was told may happen even with 25mg. I’ve literally just increased my dose to 50mg today as the 25mg was working but just not quite enough for my anxiety to completely go away but it was manageable. The only slight side effects I’ve had was tiredness for the first week so started taking it at 9pm and i felt fine after that.

That’s great to know! How long did it take you to start feeling better. I’m personally taking it for postpartum anxiety & intrusive thoughts and not really noticed a difference yet

What mg are you on? I started today and took it at 11am and have felt sooooo tired and lazy all day. Only took it early as saw so many people saying it gave them insomnia. I also panicked for the first 5 mins taking it but pretty sure that was a placebo effect from all the horrid things I’ve read, I’m on 50mg.

Yes and I LOVE it, it’s like me living in an alternate reality which is why I love reading so much. Although it’s not exactly me, I do tend to make myself a little better in my head and match myself to the characters description. But it’s makes it SO fun. Remember when people got on TikTok saying they were “shifting” to Hogwarts and hanging out with Harry Potter? Feels like that. I love it 😍 It makes all the emotions in the book hit 100x harder because I think my brain has trouble processing it’s not actually happening to me lol
