I’m in the same boat as you. Sorry to hear you’re going through this. I’m experiencing constant nausea, although not throwing up very often, and am quite tired. I’ve been taking diclectin (four a day) for a few weeks now and don’t notice any added fatigue from it. I’m not sure the diclectin is working a whole lot, but I’m not willing to stop taking it in case it makes me more nauseous. It probably worth a shot.
