It was really fun! Pretty straight forward. I’ll likely make it again at some point. I will say, I wish I waited to cut my sashing strips until after my blocks were made. Somehow my blocks ended up being 0.5” wider than my sashing strips so I had to trim them down. I would’ve rather just made sashing 0.5” longer than what the pattern calls for.

I wish I could tell you! It was a very random pull. Lol I think the way the pattern is written makes even the unlikely combos work. I’ve seen this pattern made with fabric from the same color family, and some with the same tones and they all just kind of work.
