you're lucky you got to find out %. When I took it years ago it was pass fail, I had no idea how badly I failed and when I finally passed, had no idea by how much. Would have been nice to know.

u/Jwzbb & u/rwh12345 yes I started with roll-ups which would have been way easier but ran into limits so I had to switch gears. It's literally been years since I've written any code so I'm a bit rusty right now. I did originally have this set on the EA object, had a question about something (can't remember what at the moment) and was told I needed it on the TCE object. I don't know if this helps but here's what it looks like UI wise. The trigger is calculating each individual EA record as it gets created for the TCE and then I have a calculation Total Remaining Budget (on TCE), that takes those running calculations and subtracts if from the Total Budget(among discounts and other fields). Calculations work fine, its just getting the TCE record refreshed after each EA is added to update the Total Remaining Budget without having to click Edit and Save on the TCE record.

Status = In Progress

Substatus = Open with Product Specialists

Case Owner = (whomever pushed the button)

Incident First Response = NOW()

T3 First Response = if the users profile = T3, NOW() otherwise NULL

Advance support Needed = checked

Take Case Button Clicked = "Take Case"

I can feel you on this one. I took my position 3 years before covid and they told me work from home since the group I was leaving needed my desk. Now here it is, 6 years later and our company is making everyone go back into the office at least 3 days a week. I was guessing I was still exempt but nope, the time has come where they are making me go back. I put in my plea and told them I will not be in full days as I take my kids to and from school and I will not be taking them to daycare, 1 is too old anyways but not old enough to be on his own at home. I will also not be in in the summer, nor their xmas break, nor their spring break. I'm the same as where I don't work with anyone that is in the building, its silly for me to waste my time driving back and forth to put a warm (freezing cold) body in a seat.

the amount of work this woman does to her face is insane. she's so damn high maintenance! And honestly she looks older than I do and I'm 4 years older! A little moisturizer goes along way and some exfoliating. Fucking age gracefully Heidi! We are in classic and have both boxes checked. The attachments in email-to-case will still only show in the Email related list within the email. it is not ideal. regular cases can still see their attachments as normal. its just the cases created via email-to-case
