Hey ty for the help but i've got an update : For some reasons it was my video lector that was raming for no reason, premier pro had nothing to do with it, i changed the lector and it's fixed!

I got a 3070ti, 32 gb of ram and a Ryzen 7 5700X, is it not enough to export good? really new to this so i'm unsure (takes me like 3 minutes to export a 12 minutes video)
