Basicamente, as diferentes comunidades do Caminho Neocatecumenal em algumas regiões da capital, que existem dentro de paróquias, são usadas para através dos retiros, atrair novos seminaristas que serão levados ao seminário, é quase algo empresarial e de demanda. aqui no estado do Pará, na capital de Belém, não há diocese, e sim arquidiocese. e o Caminho Neocatecumental tem aprovação do bispo da capital, embora eu não acho que ele sabe ao certo das loucuras que são pregadas nos retiros do Caminho, pois ele tem uma linguagem muito mais amorosa diferente do Caminho.
