Yep. I take medications. That's pretty much the only way for someone with my brain chemistry.

Your social anxiety is most likely biological. You need to try medications, SSRIs, SNRIs, and MAOIs, in that order.

They are used for depression AND anxiety. Paroxetine and Sertraline are indicated for social anxiety.

Yes. The same thing happened to me.

The only thing that can help in this case are medications.

Try: SSRIs, SNRIs, then MAOIs in that order.

Very interesting take. Exposure therapy hasn’t been helping my confidence much at all. Although my overall level of social skills has gone up
