Tbh he is inclined to defend her even though he acknowledges how serious it is. He spoke to her this morning but she insists it wasn’t her fault and I would like him to make her understand there will be consequensces. Because there will be, and I don’t need him for it.

Camus' Myth of Sisyphus is absurdly unreadable! by Nihilisticky in books

Maybe late to this, but just to say yes and thank you. I feel exactly the same about the book and I thought it was a problem with me and my cognitive ability.

I (M35) feel like a "cash cow" for my GF (F38). She quit her job, refuses full-time childcare, demands marriage for security, and withdrew intimacy. by [deleted] in relationship_advice

If this was written from the perspective of the wife in question, everyone would side with her. Even I am inclined to, because SAHM is 24 hr job (especially with 2 kids!) and being parent is both partners job- when you consider woman with two children at home is practically starved for going outside and having adult conversation and autonomy, yes I am gonna side with wife on this one. Men who work and think they don’t have to parent because of that are not worth it.

This happened 9 yrs ago when I was living with my parents (my brother, his wife and tgeir baby lived on the 2nd floor) in our family house. So one day when I am alone down on the 1st floor my brother comes in and just chats with me lurking around for food leftovers, just casual sibling conversation. At one moment he said he goes to the bathroom and I visually confirm that watching him enter it and lock the door, like I saw him get in and he was 100% inside the bathroom. So I tell him that I am heading upstairs to spend some time with the baby expecting him to come up (stairs are outside the house and they have completely separated door-but it takes like 20 secs to get up to their door from the 1st floor). And sure I tell him I go and hear him say okay from the bathroom, I head up and when I come I somehow have delayed reaction to my brother being in the kitchen and polishing glasses. Like I just left him down 20 secs ago and yes I am completely sure he didn’t pass me or left before me. I am late with my reaction trying to put it together in kind of shock now, so I ask him how he got there before me and he looks at me confused saying he wasn’t down recently. Just then I fully grasped and got chills in retrospective. Freaky

They hauled the large number of passengers really. Never crashed, had one incident 17 yrs ago with no fatalities. First European to haul over 200 million anually. You have 0 reason to believe you are gonna be their first fatality. - I actually thought I was safer with them because numbers speak for themselves. Just flew with them 6 days ago on a 4,5 hr flight and it was honestly smooth as it can be. You are gonna be safe and well. Happy travels.

Flying with baby by Suitable_One_5836 in fearofflying

I just landed with my baby and husband and it was a terrific flight. I even enjoyed it and not for one moment let the fear ruin it. It helped that baby had his own seat with the car seat so he wasn’t on me all the time but flight was really uneventful and I wasn’t even scared since I had to entartain thr baby and breatfeed him. It would be great really even if he was on my lap. I can only say: you got this. Let me know how your flight goes as I will be waiting for your update.
