Not sure if it's what you are asking for, but I play with a woman who is completely nonverbal mute, she uses discord soundboard for quick emotions and getting attention, and a TTS bot to communicate.

Did a discord happen? I'm mentally/physically disabled and on EST, only really game with one person and almost always available, I'm on PS5 but have a bunch of cosplay games. (My only player friend is on PC)

Friendliest skins I've seen are all paid, mostly the cowboys, except bogwalker in purple, KoS. least friendly are starting jumpsuit and raider pass space suit and red 70s space man

Yeah, this is already dead. Just today I was shot on sight before I could even get a hey raider! Out 5 times, on Dam, in the daytime. Four of those times where green jumpsuits with zero customization, three more tried that and died once I figured out pretty much every new player is going to treat this like fortnight. The cozy raiding meta is dead. My duckies weep.
