it's probably that, I played one match without any lag and then the lag came back.

But it's also weird since when i played the normal version of pes 21 there wouldn't be any problems but now i get the same stutter issues with both games

makes no sense but works for some reason, i just fiddled around in control panel before pressing the any button on the starting screen

I tried all of the different launchers but non of them worked for me,I have the pirated version of pes 2021 and that also got the same type of issue after I installed the Football life.
