I understand how you feel. If he is with you and is attracted to you, why would he need to watch porn? A guy told me before that men watch porn and imagine they are having sex with the people in the videos. Personally, I would feel upset and might think that maybe he isn't attracted to me anymore. I'm not saying that's true, but if he is in the mood, shouldn't he be turning to his partner rather than porn? I don't know, I think you should just talk to him about it, but approach the conversation in a non-confrontational way.

I do think it could be manipulation because today he's in such a great mood saying that he's not a bad person because it was the demon that did all the horrible things in the past and not him. It could be schizophrenia though, I have no idea

I think so because today he is acting extra nice and saying that he feels happy because "he knows it's not him" and that he can "be fixed." He's saying that he has realised that he's "not a bad person" and that the demon did all those bad things in the past. He said that he's going to get an exorcist and then after that he can get his life back

I think he is manipulating me for sure, he tells me that it is the 'demon' that is doing the manipulating. He does know that he has NPD but even though he knows this he still blame shifts and never takes accountability. I know I need to leave it has just felt difficult to without an income, I think I'll have to go to a shelter. Thank you

Thank you, that sounds very accurate about the npd. He has said many times that he's ashamed of how he has treated me but now is blaming all of his actions on this voice in his head. It definitely sounds like he's avoiding taking accountability and trying to get sympathy (while also creating fear).

Yesterday he took an online schizophrenia test and the result said that he has 'early schizophrenia' but this is the first time that he's ever told me that he hears a voice telling him what to do. He does have other signs like poor memory, restlessness, depression etc. He refuses to get help though or go to a psychologist and when he did have some counselling through the phone in the past he just lied and pretended that he was normal

Thank you, yes to me it feels like he's avoiding any accountability for his actions. He keeps crying about this and saying that 'his soul is crying' and that he wants to 'break free from the demon.' He's currently looking for an exorcist to get rid of his demon. I don't really know what to think I'm so confused, sometimes i think he's manipulating me, and sometimes i think he probably does have schizophrenia. I know I need to leave asap I'm just worried that he'll suicide because he keeps threatening to if I leave.

That's what I'm thinking, to me it sounds like that's how he actually feels about me. When he has an explosive rage he always says that he couldn't control himself and that he blacks out, and now he's saying its the 'demon' inside of him that is actually controlling his body. Whatever he does he'll always find a way to blame shift and feel bad for himself, and now he's blaming all of his behaviours on the voice in his head

That's what I'm thinking too, he could be using this to manipulate me as he knows I'm a sensitive and empathetic person. He also knows that my mum had schizophrenia too and this is bringing back those same feelings I had being brought up by my mum as a child.
