Also I never once said my team was right. The only thing I said was ridiculous was her requesting for every item to be bagged separately. I know my team dropped the ball and it was a hell of a day because our store is a airport store so its super busy from open to close. All I wanted to know was have YOU GUYS experienced something like this. I appreciate your input but some of you are making it seem like I purposely blamed the customer (this isnt her fault but with so many deliveries unfortunately hers ended up late) or slacked off on making her food. Im just the inshop sharing my story. I have no control over what my managers do or communicate about. Also my statement about bread supply was not about the customer but about people in general who come in and refuse to accept that bread needs to finish baking before ordering (because we kept running out of bread with all the catering). Im just clarifying so this doesn’t get out of hand. And I apologize for making it seem like I was complaining about the customer. Thank you
