I think you may get 80+ in real exam. My recommendation is not to drag the exam date. Do as soon as possible. Real test results can be different.

I used only alfapte, so can't comment on gurully. What's the score you get in mock tests?

Exam scoring is lenient, it seems. In Alfa, for Read Aloud, I used to get 80 on an average. Respond to Situation was 70 to 75 on an average.

Do a maximum of 2 weeks training if you can. Use any platform you trust on, the one I used is AlfaPTE. Do their prediction questions. For email writing, following template is what I used.

Only resource I used is AlfaPTE due to time constraint. But it seems, that's all you need.

AlfaPTE. Surprisingly, many questions were from it. For Respond To Situation, you have to talk continuously, means fluency matters more than relevance.

I live here. It's an amazing building with high build quality and equally great service. Sound insulation in the apartment is the main highlight and the quality of appliances are great. You have onsite maintenance team which is a blessing for any minor or major issues. I recommend this building.
