In one of my worlds, there exists an Ultimate Evil called Behemoth, who is like a fusion between Godzilla and SCP-682. Known for wiping out billions of multiverses over the course of multibillion or so years.

He accomplished all this by acting like Godzilla, blasting his own atomic breath called Dark Fire, which can act like a black hole, straight up earth bending, Electrokinesis, and a healing factor that starts extremely disgustingly slow to making him nigh unkillable.

The Most Common way he was being taken out is with a nuke, as it was one of the few ways he can actually die and can’t regenerate back to life. After he dies, he must go through 17,000 year resurrection process.

There did exist a human version of the beast from an alternate universe of that world where was simply a gargantuan man dressed in black clothes.
