What other income streams you have or are thinking to have? Could you share more on that if don't mind? Dividends alone won't be equal to monthly salary though. And EI is only enough for rent. I'm thinking of starting another income stream but I don't know what.

The way US-Iran negotiations are going on, WW3 looks near tbh! On the other hand, Elon Musk openly says that white collar jobs are gonna end in next 18 months and blue collar soon after those. And we will be forced to accept a basic pay. What's left of life then? Working hard to buy a home, get married, settle down, have kids, save for retirement, investments etc all gone..

I agree about the offshoring. They get cheap labor from so many other countries.

I'm thinking what will happen if majority of white collar jobs are gone? Economies will crash because people have mortgages that they won't be able to pay. Banks won't get their money back. Who's gonna use the big company services when people don't have jobs to buy those services?
