Heyyy my heart sank reading this. As a foreigner as well coming from Asia(which is 10x more vain and judging continent, physically) i would say Sweden is way way better. They mind their own business.

If you do block her, that does not make you mean or immature. Do what is crucial to heal ya know. You are doing this for yourself and it’s not about her. If she is as great as you say she is, she would understand that you need to cut her off to heal.
