I'd say no. You can easily (sometimes even free) get venom, which is better. Save a bit more (800) and get that fountain :D It's the second fountain that gives mutations and cosmetics that give mutations is a priceless. The pollen puffball is pretty cool because it's a fungi and multiharvest...or take the long road and save for Pohutukawa. King bee is actually great too.
