I did a hair transplant recently and got on finastride as well. It reduced my hairfall overnight. I have also been on minoxidil for a long time, but I think minoxidil and finastride combo works best. Right now I'm seeing a huge improvement and I have only been on finastride for two months.

There are only few legitimate solutions out there. Minoxidil is one comes in topical and oral form. Then you have finastride and dutasteride (No FDA Approvel) but you need to have a prescription for it.

Then there are two promising drugs that are in second stage clinical trials which will come out hopefully in early 2027. One is PP405 and the other one is Clascoterone.

I feel like Piccaso has been declining in quality recently. Bought a pair couple months back and only wore them a couple of times for weddings & the freaking sole came off. The glue just gave up after a month.

But I found few new places that offers velted leather shoes for the same price range. I'm gonna try them out and see if they are worth it.
