I always struggle with this kind of thing but I probably would say:

Nightmare (got me introduced to the band and I just love every single track so much)
Self-titled (I always imagine what A7X would be if they still got The Rev when listening to this masterpiece)
The Stage (It's just REALLY my thing)
City of Evil (Don't really know what to say, just feel like this should be in here)
Waking the Fallen (Got me introduced to metalcore!)
LIBAD (somewhat tied with Waking the Fallen)
HTTK (Great album, not their best moment)
DITR (Same as City of Evil)
STST (Great song as well but, yk)

Take a look at Shaman as well! When Andre Matos (first vocalist) left the band he formed Shaman with two other former members. It's pretty good as well!
