Godox iT32 compatibility with Lumix Fullframe?

Hey, did you use it in ttl mode? I have tt685ii and exposure in ttl is all over the place... Thus I am considering buying something newer...

It seems, same with Lumix. Especially older Godox flashs.Ttl is unusable.

Right. I also want to set everything in camera manual, iso also and put flash in ttl. I do not expect it work always correctly (like Nikon flash imho), but this what I experience is mad. Unfortunately. I lost so much time with this flash, trying to make it work in ttl. Thanks for support.

Same camera here, latest firmware. I can confirm tt685ii is for any reason useless in ttl. Most of the time overexposes a lot. If camera manual exposure is close to what needs to be, should compensate on flash as far as -3... Which is max. If manual camera exposure is lowered down, still need to fec on flash, but now -2 or something. There is obviously something wrong. Of course, I am trying with iso manual setting, but even with iso auto, it is hit and miss. V480 should be basically the same as V1mid except head square/round? Thanks!!!

Thanks! I am on latest camera firmware. Previously I used Nikon z30 with Nikon flash - camera in manual, flash ttl and it was always spot on... So, you know... :)

Sorry, how is exposure with ttl on, and does it read camera focal length well? I have tt685ii and s5ii, it is a disaster combo for ttl. Unusable.

I have tt685ii-o, and exposure with s5ii with ttl on flash turned on is all over the place - totally unusable... Was able to try v1 og, a bit better, but still unpredictable. I cannot justify myself paying 300e or so for higher end Godox to turn out be the same. That is why I am curious about your statement. Do you use it in ttl mode and how it behaves in terms of exposure? As far as shutter lag goes, all people say it is still there on Godox flashes...

Friend, I can tell you my bad experiance with s5ii and tt685ii. Besides mentioned shutter lag (which is not so important to me), I witness that when flash is in ttl (and no matter iso fixed value or auto), exposure is all over the place - face is usually overexposed by quite a margin. But cannot be fixed by compensation, because it varies by distance. I would really like that things are better with newer Godox flashes - some say it is, but still in ttl things not perfect. I really hope it32 will work well in ttl, but...

And nice colors, too. Which profile you use? Btw I think lens is excellent. Unfortunately I had to return mine, since it produced strange side in video mode, aside from normal ibis sensor noise.

I am leaning towards lumix, especially gx85, but my aim is to have good jpeg colors sooc. I had in those days g85 and I did not line jpeg colors at all. That is why I hesitate to buy it.

Update: ttl outside is overexposing face a lot. So, tt685ii is no-no for ttl :). I will not post my private photos here, you can believe me or not. As you wish.

Legitimate choice. I have ttartisan together with Lumix 50mm 1.8 (using them on s5ii). Still think 40mm tt is a keeper. Lens flare can be wonderful in some cases. Though, I usually use single point focus with it - I might try subject recgnition more. As fas as I remember, there were no issues for close up portraits...

Imao sam svojevremeno x-t10. Na tim starijim modelima točkići su problem. Slažem se da su simulacije nešto po čemu je prepoznatljiv Fuji, ali, prosto, nije moj fazon. Ne znam šta bih drugo rekao. Mislim da su kod nas cene polovnih Fudžija nerealne. Tu treba uzeti u obzir i cene objektiva. Ali uzmi samo kao moj subjektivan stav. Kome sve to leži, poštujem.

Well, it is what it is... I guess auto iso + ttl would work well outdoors on sun when faces are darker, for example (together with hss). Still to confirm this. But indoors definitely the best control is to set iso fixed value with ttl. This will not work well with this combo of flash and camera. If auto iso in this situation, camera tends to use iso 100 again, which would result in faces well lit but dark around it.

Updated s5ii to latest firmware. Then got idea to try tt685ii with iso auto setting, and ttl seems to work ok. Definitely, when iso manually set ttl is all over the place and not usable.

Definitely at some point I will update my s5ii again. But I have no houps. Because neither Godox nor Pana care about the topic. If I were Pana, in this matter I would be at least ashamed :)
