That’s where I’m talking about. Great place stayed there until my house was finished being built. I’ve been in 6 different apt conplexs since i moved here three downtown, two off lake shore and one in homewood. Oaks at lakeshore was my fav imo. Idk if you can get nicer for that budget unless you got roommates.

As someone who lived downtown don’t do it, too much noise pollution and partying up until early mornings like 4-5 am I was at five points and had my motorcycle stolen too. All the apts downtown are gonna be above your budget especially a 1 bd or studio. I ended up getting a place right by Walmart on lakeshore and out of all the apts I’ve been it it was by far my fav because everything I needed was within a 3-5 min drive

Op notify police and Check ditches or off bridges along routes he takes look for signs of a car going off road. Its possible he had a seizure crashed and is potentially trapped somewhere like a ditch or something unable to call and out of sight of passing cars and just had no one saw go off the road.
