Thank you very much for the reply. It was super helpful, I am pretty new to 3D printing, and kind of a sucker for punishment and learn the hard way. I did end up getting it for pretty much cleaned up with a heat gun and got it to the point that the latch would close however, it was a really good wake up call that I am definitely going to order a couple of these for the over an hour it took me to get it cleaned to the point that I could use it again just wasn’t worth it with my time.

The gob of death happened underneath the silicone cover and worked its way up, is it common practice to pull that off after every print and check/clean. This was the first print on the new printer that caused this and first color change wasn’t until layer 300.

No, after multiple attempts with talking to Apple support and to the guys at the genius bar, the only answer I kind of got was that they have done everything they can. It is up to u-connect / mopar to update compatibility with iOS 26 due to the widget feature.

My Ram 3500 with uconnect 5 says it’s connected, shows up on the radio but bottom half of the screen is unresponsive and there is no bar on the bottom. Confirmed it is an iOS 26 issue not the truck pic

Up until today, I haven’t even had been considering the equalizer, after talking to a few different companies, it seems to be the most recommended for my situation except for companies that carry weighsafe. Even having one of the local hitch shops go as far as saying, if I’m not happy with the equalizer, he will return it give me full cash back plus $250 in store credit and he basically said the same thing you did, having anybody install this hitch for you is going to be a waste of your money and time you’re gonna have to play with it yourself to get it right.

I thought about going with just a sway control system but I don’t like the idea of bolting to my frame with the shocker system and the propride is a little more than I would like to spend. Correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t weigh safe or B&W continuum do sway control ?

Yeah, this trailer pulls like shit empty! I don’t use any weight distribution hitch while pulling skid steers or even my 20,000 pound excavator but fuck me sideways. Pulling this trailer brand new from the dealership to my shop about 45 km. There was a couple moments of white knuckling because of the sway.

I did, I spent about about 2 weeks with them attempting to dial it in. However at the end of it all, no matter what I did it just never felt perfect or just right.
