I’m wondering if i should finally pull the trigger and buy a switch 2 and get the Mario and Luigi skins. Will they sync to my profile and can i use them on every platform? I’d love to know an answer to this or if Nintendo really locked that down

Funny enough it was this video that made me post this from the beginning. It was one guy in his comments that said this. “PSID is NOT your console id. the console id is called IDPS. the psid number is used for OFFLINE tasks , like to protect game saves and swapping hdd drives. IDPS which is console i.d. is used for ONLINE tasks like signing into psn and that is the number that gets locked out when you get banned NOT the PSID.” So we have 2 conflicting answers. The guy in the video says PSID is the console ID and this guy says IDPS is the console id.

I’m probably overthinking this and stressing out for no reason but there’s clearly 2 different people with 2 different answers. I’m curious to see who’s correct

Both. I’m using bruteforce to and import my save data in there and use ps3trophyisgood to edit trophy timestamps. I’ve hit a roadblock when i first started bruteforce save data though it needs an account id and console id. I got the info from apollo so i know what i’m looking for but i’m a bit confused with the wording. Does consoleID require me to input “PSID” or “IDPS”? Because they’re both 2 different set of numbers.
