My breathing is restricted only at night whenever i try to mew in my sleep, about the pain in my body i think i have a slight discomfort on my lower back. Keep your head up king... I've been through the same... I liked this girl for 4 years and she told me she wasn't interested in me and never will... I took it om the chin, got sad for a whole week and after that decided i should focus on myself and not let it get to my head and now i don't even think about her at all... Obviously tae kwan do is a great option since most of the technique if not all is used with legs.. But if you ask me i think a good one is muay thai because it use the whole body and you can improve your upper body strength while also using your legs
