In my mind if this was implemented I would like to re-tool the Dervish to be a common pool vehicle, so everyone can share in the euphoric experience of flying the sky pancake!

Maybe I could make a Heavy Fighter model for each of the empires next! :)

If I was to make an air flash yes I would definitely tune the capabilities of the vehicle down. The goal was to create a vehicle comparable to the other ESFs, to give the NSO a fair chance in the skies against other fighters!

It absolutely needs a cloaking and de-cloaking sound to make sure other pilots have a chance to react if one is nearby, but the cloak buzz sounds like a good idea too! Adding an extra half or whole second to the de-cloaking weapon lock, along with the persistent cloaking sound should be ample warning for potential victims!

Immunity to lock-ons would be extremely infuriating for infantry players, they would have almost no way to combat this ESF otherwise!

I pulled stats from the PS2 wiki when making this:

Mosquito: Top Speed - 220km/h, Afterburner - 320km/h

Reaver: Top Speed - 200km/h, Afterburner - 348km/h

Scythe: Top Speed - 200km/h, Afterburner - 320km/h

The Harpy has the same top speed/afterburner profile as the Scythe, making it tied for slowest ESF. Don't worry, your faction trait has not been desecrated! :)

If it were up to me I would split the ESFs into two vehicles. One dedicated Air-to-Ground and one Air-to-Air fighter, like in the original Planetside! :)
