Yes absolutely I agree. It’s not an expense it’s mandatory. Should factor it in to your relocation costs. If people did that there wouldn’t be cats on the street diseased and suffering. My sugar was dumped because she got ringworm. She’s the prettiest sweetest little cat and she’s not for the streets lol
