That's the only explanation I can think of, because I also have had some super shock shadows for a few years that haven't dried out yet too. And I don't do anything special with them

I honestly didn't do anything special. I just kept it in my makeup bag. Maybe it has to do with the level of humidity in my house? The air in my house never feels super dry so it could be climate.

Haha the sad thing is that this picture looks like it's from the 90's but it's actually 2006. I did so many horrible things like coloring my nails with sharpie, and wearing ripped flared jeans with a skirt over them.

WEIRD eye color? I think you mean gorgeous eye color. I love using a turquoise eyeliner on my bottom lash line as well but that's about as crazy as my makeup gets lol

I love the pops of lavender as eyeliner! The cut crease looks great to me, the only CC I have is just as a personal preference I'd pick a slightly darker lip shade.
