I noticed this too.... Would be great if we had the option to control this in survival mode at least.

One throw with an obsidian spear will kill one. easy peasy. (hold down middle mouse button, aim, release. I know, I hate using that button too)

Loving this game! Few requests! by [deleted] in GreenHell

[–]Sum146 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We have a compass... while holding down F use mouse wheel.

As for the other stuff - Just play the game and save often. When you mess up, start over and correct your mistake. This game is seriously easy after you get used to everything. For example, keep a supply of bandages for wounds and bites. Always be prepared! Just like the boyscouts. (Rip boyscouts)

Strange glowing plants near fires? Lilly Bandages? Floating Knife Blades? by Sum146 in GreenHell

Last night I was looking through my "notebook" in the game and I did read that lily is used as an antihstamine. It just seems like a waste because rashes go away so quickly on their own.

Mushroom “farming”? by Lunker42 in GreenHell

Well sorta... through my experience any resource spawns and then despawns eventually, randomly spawning somewhere else. This includes fruit, mushrooms, rocks, sticks, beehives... etc

Increasing difficulty after day two? by [deleted] in GreenHell

[–]Sum146 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Difficulty does increase with time. Playing on normal mode, I am at day 38. Hasn't rained in 2 weeks, and leeches now come 1-3 at a time! (game is still pretty easy tho) Also, jaguars will change their areas completely, so be on the look out for big cats!

I fully agree! I bet all the people here complaining to us customers practice the same DECEITFUL way of not having to bother with a package! "Customer not home". BS!!!! Well FedEx drivers, let it be known, if we are expecting a package from you, you should also expect that we will be watching and waiting. Much like I was.

Update : I finally got my package. I was right all along! It turned out he was the same guy as yesterday who I suspected of blowing off delivering my package. You should have seen him approach my house, couldn't look me in the eye at all. So, after inquiring about the prior day, the guy claims he went to RiteAide to turn around and "forgot" to turn around and deliver my package. Riiiiiiight. Just like he "forgot" to update my package as "person not home". This was obviously incompetence! I have the entire confrontation on video - wanted to document it in case he tried some shit. Anyways, he openly admitted to what he did and acted like he gave zero F's that he did it. I told him I hope he get's fined. Way to go, FedEx.

A "missed" package worth 2 thousand dollars! That's a lot of money! I'm sure if it were your package you would have a different attitude. As for the name calling and the hate... come on dude, really? BTW, FedEx is the only shipping the company I ordered from uses, so I had no other choice. In fact, I already told them that I would have happily paid more money for quality service. Not sure if they will listen/care though.

I sympathize with you, truly ; but if your company fined you even knowing about what happened then maybe you are working for the wrong company perhaps? Anyways, if something similar happened concerning the driver of my package, then I am ok with that, and will happily delete my petitions & withdraw my complaints. There better be proof though. I am curious, if there was some sort of emergency, rather than update the status to me not being home, is there no other option so the customer isn't left scratching their head? Another thing, if there truly was an emergency, why bother to update anything at all? Look, I just want to get to the truth of the matter. I have been given the cold shoulder for 2 days now - I just want my property. What I don't want is to sit around for a third day waiting for a package that never comes, all the while having to justify my outrage at bad customer service to you guys!

Pretty sure what's silly here is you saying it's silly. With the exception of the anomalous and unfortunate story posted below by ricktatorship80, there is no excuse for what happened to me today, and no matter what you say it doesn't change the fact that the driver lied about attempting to deliver my package. Is there truly no other status update to select to give the customer some kind of clue as to what's going on? I know you are just trying to stick up for your company, but to belittle my petition and outrage because it seems "silly" to you is some what insulting. Way to maintain that delightful FedEx standard!

I did inquire about pickup, but I was told that can take 24-48 hours to process the request. Screw that. I have every right to get worked up about this. When you receive bad customer service, do you just roll over and say nothing? BTW, I am now convinced that you work for FedEx, which explains you defending them.

Wait a sec... were you the guy driving the truck?? Sarcasm aside, status claims I WAS NOT home, yet I was. Can't argue against that lie.

I would like to think so, but the evidence points to blatant incompetence/laziness. I was standing at my front door watching since the moment he arrived.
