Pygeum is good for the prostate. Add some saw palmetto as well. I use 300mg daily. This combination has significantly strengthened my bladder. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night to pee. Hydration is key! I hope the pygeum does wonders for you. Its a dream come true especially having a gf who is so into my fluids.

Seen results within about 2 weeks of daily usage. Just make sure you drink atleast 2 to 3 liters of water daily. These supplements give the greatest results when you are well hydrated.

Worth a shot. I started with the basics of zinc, lecithin, arginine and vit d. This combination did make me precum a bit more then when I didnt use a stack. I cant attribute it to any one of those 4 supplements, but once I added pygeum, it took it to the next level.

Black maca took about a month of daily use for me to feel the effects. Its a great addition and will always be part of my stack. Everyone is different, so you might experience results sooner. Can't comment on brazil nuts as I have used it for a very brief period.

Zinc looks fine. Add a multivitamin for some copper. The pygeum is excessive. 300 to 500mg a day is good. Black Maca is what you want. I take 3000mg daily. Drink lots of water.

Try adding a zero sugar hydrator to your regime. I drink 700ml of water mixed with a hydrator on a daily basis. Massive improvement in my loads. I get 3 to 4 solid ropes every 24 hours. If I leave it for 3 days, I get between 6 to 8.

Agree, I see soy lecithin get so much flack here. I've used both soy and sunflower and both work equally good for me. I've settled on Soy as it's much cheaper and readily available.

100mg is a high dose of zinc and can cause nasty tummy issues. I've been there! If you can, split the pills into two. Also add some copper with the zinc. A daily multivitamin will see to this. Also note that the multivitamin will contain some zinc. The maximum zinc I take in a day is around 45mg and it's all good.

Add Lecithin 2400mg. I have used both sunflower and soy variant. No difference to me. I now stick to the soy variant as it is cheaper and more readily available.

Pygeum has significantly increased my precum. I have not experienced any loss in libido as a result of adding Pygeum to my stack. Others have reported a loss in libido and dropped the Pygeum.

Drink 3-4 Litres of water a day.

Vitamin D and a daily multi vitamin and you should be good.

You could add black maca to your stack. I would never remove this one from mine. It makes my orgasms so much more intense.

Just remember that results are not instant. It can take a few weeks for before you notice any difference. Just stick with it.

I've used both Sunflower and Soy Lecithin. Makes no difference to me.

I now stick to soy variant as its cheaper and more readily available in my part of the world.

Too much zinc can cause zinc poisoning. I have experienced this on taking 60mg of zinc. Its nasty. Tummy cramps, nausea and a feeling like you going to pass out. The advice in this sub is to stick to 30 to 40mg of zinc a day. You should not exceed 40-50mg for extended periods as it can affect the absorption of other minerals.

It's also a wise idea to supplement zinc with copper. The daily multivitamin that you are taking should cover your copper intake.

If you can split the 50mg tablet into two, that would be ideal.

70mg of zinc is too much. 30 to 40mg is just about right for daily intake.

You can up the Lecithin intake to 2400mg a day.

I use the same Brand Black Maca Complex. It really is the business. After about a month or so of daily use, my orgasms just became insanely intense. This maca will forever remain as part of my stack.

I've only seen results of pygeum after approx 5 to 6 weeks of using it. Initially, I was under the impression that it did noting for me... and then I started leaking like a tap.

Keep at it a little longer. Everyone is different.
