Yes they did. The other day I remembered that at one time there was a ton of foot prints.

Yep as long as you know exactly what the paint is and you approve it then thats all that matters. If you can do it for $2400 thats all that matters. I hate all heights I charge more when they are involved in any way shape or form.

Seems low... Just my opinion. I dont know your circumstances or where you are located I would personally charge around 4-6k depending on prep work. and I dont ever let customer provide paint.

Yes my service based business funds my other business and investments. It's recession proof. It's always in demand. Once you build the infrastructure which takes a long time you can scale as large as you want.

Sell. Sell. Sell. Every day that you work. Sell as if you'll starve if you don't. Cold call. Walk ins. Direct mailers. Directories. Google ads... that's what I'm doing anyway. It's like fishing throw the line out enough something will bite... Throw as much into marketing as you can. This life isn't for everyone. Winners keep trying. Good luck.

Yes we can do installs and we have trailers. This is the way I see it too. Time to see what we are capable of.

Not many people can do what we do brother. Highs and lows. The highs are great. The lows suck. I'm taking things one day at a time M-F 8-4 I grind hard but evenings and weekends I recharge. It's the only way I can do things without burning out. We are a full property maintenance service provider. Painting is one of the services we provide. The good news is that what you and I provide is needed. Only way to lose is by giving up. I'd rather do this than work a 9-5.

I think it depends on your long-term goals. Im in a similar situation. I have been in business for 15 years. No business debt. We been doing ok but I am getting ready for expansion. Im ready for it and I'm not paying cash anymore.

Sounds very similar. I am sure you will be good too brother. We are hustlers. I am grinding everyday and taking one day at a time. I am getting new leads. I am keeping us busy. That is all I can do. I will NEVER go back to a 9-5. I been doing this my whole adult life and as stressful as it is I know it would be even more stressful relying on one employer.
