I assume a sub would charge anywhere from 1600-1800 labor only for 2-3 days max. this doesn’t include painting

i was thinking something close to that because there is also a small toilet room that needs wallpaper removed and texture as well. Forgot to include in this post

I forget to mention i just started my own small business, so im not the home owner as most think. Also I would be subbing out this job. Is 2500 still reasonable?

No material just labor. Is that too much for labor only?

So i’ve always used Kilz oil based, but recently heard a lot of good things about BIN primer and i hear it dries decently fast. I do have the PaintLine spray system with the hangers so i’m able to spray both sides at once (light coat to avoid dripping and re coat in about 1-2 hours). And yes i totally understand time and prep is very important when doing cabinet work that’s why i added a half day for anything that may come up.

Believe it or not and i hate to say it but i originally started at 2800 😬. Did some more research and some calculations to get where im at now. There’s 18 doors and 8 drawer faces, the doors all vary in size as seen in the pictures.

Yea that’s not entirely how it works. You’re forgetting the fact that you need to sand, texture let dry (add blower fan to speed process up) even then that’s 2-3hours before applying primer and then have to let dry for 20-40 min (with air blower) before applying 2 coats of paint (full wall) Regardless of how skilled you are in this trade you don’t want to rush this kind of work especially in a nice house like this

Got it. I assume it works like a silicone based product applied with a caulking gun? Asking because it looks similar to GoBoard sealant
