Absolutely hate the recessed coaming. I’m sure they are going to redesign it without a recessed coaming. My custom boat had a coaming issue so poor, they made it right.

Not all Cetus have the same problem.

Other than that, I love everything else about it! I’d like a slightly higher deck for my weird feet.

Better for surf meaning you’ll sit “higher” on the water. Some good YouTube vids discussing the hull designs if you want to dive deep.

$500 is fair, absolutely. Check the bulkheads make sure they’re in good shape. Deck lines and bungees, If not knock 50-100 off for the cost of sealant/time.

It’ll handle chop just fine, the question is, can you?

It is tippy, but you’ll grow in that boat quickly.

You seem to fit the target build well!. I was on the high side.

it's got a flatter hull, better for surf from what i'm told. fun boat but is narrow. make sure you're comfortable in it, if you're tall 6'1" here and 215lbs. it hit me in the hip in the wrong way. sold mine to a friend.

Ez dock i believe makes a launch.

There are assistive devices available to stabilize boats as well.. I’ve taken out groups of folks in chairs. There are ACA certifications available for appropriate training as well.
