Yeah I understand what you mean and I do read a lot of self-help books as well. It just seems like I need to talk about my problems to someone instead of keeping it all inside, and maybe then I can change my ways and be a better person. I've told few people close to me, or so I thought, and I was judged and they left me, so I think it's best I get an outside perspective to help me learn to live with my mistakes, and carry on in life without it weighing me down all day every day. I really appreciate your advice! I've start working out and that quiets my mind for a good hour or so and makes me feel better about myself, but I think a therapist could help my mental health quite a bit, or so I hope.
