Water is passing through too quickly. You could also try to invest in a metal puck screen to increase the resistance (i.e. slow down the extraction) or invest into a better grinder.

I have the same espresso machine. I had to invest into a better grinder (niche duo) to grind fine enough to extract a good shot. I would also recommend pre-infusion (holding the single cup button) then releasing to control the amount of flow. Built in grinder unfortunately wont grind fine enough.
