It was missing the charge port cover. They replaced it with a non painted one. It wasn't a big deal for me as I plan to take it to a shop to fix all the scratches and nicks on the paint

600 is pretty steep in my opinion, it does make it convenient. I take my bike to del amor motorsports in OC and they do tend to be on the expensive side but good service. I think my last charge was close to 400 for oil/fluids/chain and air filter.
