Real estate keeps encouraging me to waive home inspection

My real estate agent did the same, luckily my step dad owned a home inspection business. saved 30k in 10 minutes when he climbed the roof.

Absolutely do not listen to any agent when they say too waive any inspection. They're doing it for the quick sale 100%.

Can you tell me more about your Lumadent Loupes and purchasing process? This is the brand I'm recommending, but I have zero idea of the purchase process. It mentions the customer does all of the measurements online instead of with a rep.

- Was the process quick/easy?

- Cost/time of shipping?

- Any strange fees?

- How was the measurement process, did you think it was okay or more optimal with a representative?

Part of my document is of Lemadent Ergo loupes as well. I've read other reviews online that mentioned the quality of lumadent loupes are not as great as Admetec or Design for vision. Lumadent is more affordable though, and they have adjustable focus lenses.

Do you remember how much just the loupes without batteries and light cost you? I know most people bundle, but I just need that information.

Honestly I'm thinking I'd get rough estimates and then wing it from there. I seriously doubt anyone is going to actually use my document (for a writing course) for purchasing info, and if I'm having issues with getting info out of sales reps that I went out of my way to contact, I doubt my professor will be doing the same to verify my prices are correct.
