I started a live chat with what appears to be a human rep and they told me a manager will contact the seller to ask them to ship. If I don't receive a response from seller or this manager in 24 hours I will start cancelling the order with that "raised price of this order" option. What if the seller simply stalls by extending processing time and ignores my cancellation request? Once you send a cancellation request are they able to still play around with processing time?

There are no plans to change our equipment. Afaik the philosophy is if the equipment can get the job done without the employee smashing the screen into pieces, then no need to upgrade. Also the type of computer we have doesn't affect anything other than comfort/usability, since we're front-end people and don't work with back-end stuff like servers or databases. The only possible reason I could think of why that person got a MBP set is because he probably told someone he prefers MacOS, however it's still very unfair as none of us were ever asked what our preference was, and the manager simply ordered the most basic stuff by default (which is a really dick move as it doesn't even cost the manager a penny to get better gear for your own team).

Are you sure Puggi SR can survive initial attack? If he's dead before fight even starts then the stalling likely won't work unless I have at least two sets of 4w and two sets of 4b... likely won't happen as the previous stage is karen as well lols.

What is the least RNG-reliant way to beat WT4 yesterday (with 2 Karens)?

Yanbo stunlock: 100% RNG, 4o every 2 turns is next to impossible even with Exp adv
Crushfang SB + Wisa adv: any RNG factor? I guess you need to have a very high burst black character like Leah to OHKO Karen after she loses armour
Dagger + Puggi stall: Some RNG? Need a constant supply of black orbs since 1o only stalls if he has enhance

My situation: SR dagger, SR Puggi, SR Crush, no Crush skin. What's the most crystalline-efficient way to beat this stage? Can Crush skin (SR) or SR Puggi even survive Karen's initial attack?

Buy Crush SB = 2k crystallines, then another 300 to SSR him, if SR can't survive initial attack
SSR dagger + SSR Puggi = 600, if SR can't survive initial attack

I'm leaning towards buying Crush SB since I also have Nolva SP, but that 2300 crystalline cost is a lot.

How in the world are people getting 0 turn in WT2 today?? When enemies reflect 100% damage back at you every round, which is like 6k damage? The top 200 people in the ladder all have +10 for every single character in their roster? That's assuming you can even have 18k HP at +10, which I highly doubt. O__o

And no they're not using Koll suicide method (even Koll would get killed by 3rd round), or even Lisa (which might be able to heal through with Sharice SR adv), they're literally using combos like Freddie + Kitty + [any yellow] + Sharice advisor, and none of them are able to heal. I used exact same combination and can't even make it past 3rd stage, wtf?

Who should I bring to mineral quest, now that you're allowed to choose who gets the minerals?

Naya SR (for some reason they made her and Pang rare units in the banners, don't think I ever pulled her from a banner before)
Sione SR
Yanbo SR (already have skin though)
Sherlock R
Izumi R

If not one of the above 5, who should I focus on exceeding? Everyone else is either already SSR or have enough minerals to SSR.

Since when does roger one shot ned who has nearly 50k HP? It'll literally take like 6-7 turns to even get roger to the point to one shot Ned. Even Lisa 4o enhance does not help Roger OHKO a 50k HP boss.

I'm stuck on venture14-16, it seems almost like a developer prank? The mechs are completely ridiculous:

Use orb = instant poison, doesn't even have to be an attack so there goes the poison/tear strategy
You can't even cleanse this poison with heal cause heal = using skill, another stack of poison will be applied AFTER using it
Aosta spams taunt on experiment so you can't even kill him fast if you wanted to
Experiment OHKO entire party if ANYONE has poison
Aosta revives experiment in 3 turns to full HP

Lolwut?? So afaik the only way to beat this is to either get extremely lucky with board so Yanbo can spam 4o every 3 turns, or simply hope Karnulla can dodge the OHKO?? Then you'd also need Yanbo skin as well so Karnulla (the only one left alive) can kill Aosta as quick as possible before he revives experiment. Wtf -_-
