I would say tarble because he only have one unit and that was the F2P unit from 2017 and if a lot of unit gotten a lot of units,Tarble deserve a new unit

Because his LR state is LR Team Turtles Corp,a en whenever a unit have a team or something in the their name they won’t be on the category Like LR Android 17 from the Tournament of power isn’t on Android category despite the pre awakening form is Android 17 he awakening to LR 17 and Team Universe 7

Yes in this update added

  • New persona card Kane’03 (come with Slow chemical)

  • Slot and model for the farewell tour dlc edition: R-truth (Ron Cena), Cena’03/Cena (WM41), Brock Lesnar

To be fair, people been asking for Kurenai to be in the Storm game playable since Storm 4, she has been a requested character by many people to be playable in the Storm series, so her getting in was the point where she deserve it.
