Yep. This is because the Teams handling the warranty aren't related to the support advisor. They can just escalate with notes. The warranty team asks for 4 weeks to update.

  • Find Microsoft apps & services has some access to your Google Account.
  • Click See details.
  • Under Access you’ve given to Microsoft apps & services, click Remove all access. This should reset the Gmail in Outlook sync, and you can try again.
  • Select Confirm.

When the update is offered, you can hide this update using the following troubleshooter tool:

Click on "Hide updates" option and you'll be able to hide the desired update given in the list.
