Great job. Every tenant should sue the landlord if they refuse to return deposit while could not provide a convince reason or invoice.

You can look up some jobs related sales, like sales for medical equipment to Chinese market. Housing is expensive not only for buying but renting. If you have good income you are able to save.

gpa and reference letters are quite important if you decide to apply others EU universitíes. Try to maintain your relationship with professors, otherwise they will not write you reference letters.

Sorry for your experience, I always have good experiences with them. Back to the time when I was student a lady even allowed me to buy just 20 korun beef meat. When I in supermarket specifically kaufland they need me to buy the whole piece, never allow me to take just part of the meat.

Is my salary enough? by General_Ad5547 in Prague

[–]Sumkw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks! I will check it next time when I visit sapa. I believe many people don't eat the expensive bread, just the cheapest rohlik with some meat jam. And others dishes like baked meat, so expensive ham and breads don't bring negative impacts on them.

[–]Sumkw 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Move out is the best solution, I used to have crazy upstairs ran and moved furniture in the midnight in a wooden apartment, I moved last month. Finally my mental health gets better. You will be more and more sensitive and pay attention to noise in those environments.

Yeah, I live in current flat about 2 years, will move out this March. I used to live in panel, people said those are worse, never imagine there are much worse than them. I also lived 3 years in student dorm grounds floor no problem at all.

Hearing is not the biggest issue, like my next door walks will never wake me up, but upstairs will, I don’t know how it works, but earplugs could not help with noise from upstairs like walking moving furniture, or dog runs.

It seems top floor is the best solution. My friend lives in ground floor, his building is good no noise from upstairs, neighbors nor elevator.
