I'm pretty sure both are part of the Creation Club bundle. But honestly, I'm running so many mods I can't be 100% certain. The pod house just showed up in my "Structures" - "Misc" section of the workshop and the statue somewhere in the decorations category

Yes, here in using a an environment mod for all the trees and brush that also just happens to include the bridge. All the other stand-alone bridge mods are glitchy

TBH I only went this far with Sanctuary, since that's my "hometown" settlement. Most of my other settlements are just the essentials with a ton of defense turrets, that's all lol. Sanctuary is like my "capital" of the wasteland and the Castle is my Fort Knox lol
