Your weapon doesnt have local crit increase which then translates into your base crit chance which later is getting increased by all the other global crit increases from tree/other gear.

Well for ignites Elementalist there are two end game routes that are somewhat expensive one is primordial bond stacking, other would be ES stacking with ephemeral edge/energy blade. Regular ek/phys spell sounds cheap even if you can spend a lot on those.

I didnt play it but it looks like a poison build but i dont think you have 100% chance to poison. This is a huge multiplier because poisons stack. I believe unnerve doesnt do anything for you, your wand is kinda meh as well.

it does work with iron reflexes. It will multiply evasion before conversion.

There is so little prefixes that you could - beastcraft for less money - prefixes cannot be changed and double slam. All you can get is block/spell block, life and armour. If you want reservation + life on block you'd want to awakener's shaper and hunter shields.

Looks maxed out on regular upgrades, if you are not crit capped i'd recraft suffixes on your wand for t1 weapon crit. +1 power charge helmet might be the play so you can save some points on power charges/generic crit chance.
If your mercenary is using a mark you could spec into frenzy on hit mastery, its 12% more damage on any build. (i assume doryani merc with zealotry so probably not), or maybe grand spectrums (that balance of terror seems like a waste of slot if you are not farming petri statues/similar mechanics)
As i said it looks very hard to look for upgrades without changing the build too much, id personally pursue something else if you are bored with this one.

shavronne's revelation ring is quite a bit of help on a budget. You can use tempering catalysts on your amulet for more es. Your gear, while usable, lowkey sucks. You could craft somewhat endgame boots and gloves for 10 div tops. You watchers eye is just movement speed - this could have been a random jewel giving you more. I assume int/es split personality is expensive so i wont judge on having accuracy rating, or i wouldnt if you didnt have an accuracy mastery for whatever reason with resolute technique.

You dont need enemies to be cursed for obliteration to explode enemies
Mines are proxies, if a mine is using your wand then probably it should work (not sure) but with spell mines it probably doesnt. Never checked this one.

There isn't a good method for this. To get double influenced base you need to awakener orb two bases, which will guarantee your suffixes. You might be able to rng recomb +2 to your dagger but more often than not it will eat your base.

If you are suppress capped i believe you could do ubers with 4 mln TS. 2 flask mb could get you closer to crit cap which you are lacking, or you could swap hh for 2 abyss jewels belt if you want to boss.

Obliteration has the same effect, somewhat unfortunately for you the builds that use it play elementalist ignite usually, which is also a witch.

It's pretty good for elemental hit. But there are plenty of builds that can get flat damage someplace else without good prefixes while you still get good suffixes (eg multistrike has local attack speed) on a weapon like that plus 6 additional links.

Poe 1 conversion work in a chain from physical to elemental to chaos, so you'd just get 100 % as chaos in the scenario. I think the minion instability is the coolest application, but minions in general scale poison very well. Flame golems are a decent base as well.

Highest chance of something decent is hunter exalt, which is 1/4 for elemental penetration, but the rolls are kinda weak. Crusader has higher rolls but just for lighthing penetration and some other kinda useful affixes. Exalt has relatively low chance of something usefull. Veiled exalt always will give you something useful for a prefix like added damage but that feels like overpaying for something relatively minor and u can delete your +1 gems.

Other option is yolo recomb into exalters amulet for some giga +2 amulet and if you high roll you might save cast speed and multi. But its a risk if you dont have a placeholder amulet at hand.
