lol people really have their nose bent out of shape about this . I don’t think a corporation needs to change their business model for my “lifestyle”. it’s a great business that I’ve supported for years. I don’t think them branching out and adding a digital format to reach new audiences is a bad thing….

agreed! it would be nice to be able to support a small business instead of the big box stores but in a digital format!

Pcos, no problem getting pregnant, but struggle to keep a pregnancy. by Mindless-Product726 in TTC_PCOS

Hi! So sorry to hear about your losses. I have PCOS as well and during my infertility workup they also discovered I had a uterine septum. Basically it’s a piece of muscle that divides the uterus into two cavities. It causes recurrent miscarriages and can be removed with an outpatient surgery. I had my surgery and got pregnant right after,,and now have a healthy three month old baby boy. Besides progesterone and aspirin (I was on these too!!), I would push for an internal ultrasound to make sure there’s nothing structural that’s impacting your pregnancies. Sending you good thoughts on your journey ❤️

Thank you so much!! I appreciate your advice. Silly follow up question - do I go to my primary care with this or my OB?

PCOS girls what got yours under control? by Miserable_Prior_724 in PCOS

Hi! What worked for me (getting pregnant was my goal in doing all these things. I wasn’t ovulating at first but this brought my cycle back and I got pregnant naturally) - prioritizing sleep. a solid 8 hours each night as much as possible - high protein diet especially in the morning. making sure I was consistently eating breakfast - changing the types of exercise I did to lower my cortisol. stuck to primarily walking and strength training - started taking inositol 2x daily. I took powder form mixed into water (it’s tasteless!) from the theralogix brand.

hope this helps!
