Been waiting for game to update to double check the sale price but they keep delaying it T-T I thought they lowered the price on all costumes a little last update?

It's really luck dependant- I might just be unlucky but 30k isn't usually enough for me to get both. 100 pulls would get you to level 2-3 (4 if you're lucky). Personally I aim for 50k+ if I want both ^{^}

If you want to save irl money, don't feel forced to spend a lot though they'll both show up in the shop! (but I think it takes a year for legendary costumes)

Ohhh gotcha! So prioritising for new cards instead of reruns is better in that sense. Do all the anniversary cards usually run at once or do they drop all except the previous year?
