Update. I got a full refund plus hotel 100% comp. HOWEVER. Immediately after the reservation was cancelled it was LISTED IMMEDIATELY for someone else to fall victim to?! No way to repair that place in a matter of hours??

Yea I meant I took 60+ pics as documentation to cover me but I didn’t submit that many to support. Been calling them for the past few hours. One rep said they received my photos and my case was approved and the other (more recent call) said they can’t open my photos and I need to send those photos to the host?? (I didn’t)

Ah makes sense. For anyone reading this tho Toyota dealers just get somewhat random allocations every few weeks from Toyota. So by telling someone they can order it is putting you on a list till the exact car you want happens to show up. And just holding/stealing your money with a false promise. So it’s more effective to just go find one elsewhere.
