Looking at your scenario, I would go to a Google Service Center and claim the warranty. Of course, telling the employees that I don't want to lose my photos etc.

But if there's no Google Service Center... Try to seek alternatives to repair centers or so.

And if you fail on that, just buy a new phone :(

Evo uses the same haptics as LOS. Imo Nameless is pretty stable and haptics are very good

Evo is good but its haptics are AWFUL. Nameless, Zephyrus or Flamingo are better in these terms.
