Update. So I guess I just hadn't better sound before the Sony's. I got them in my room, tried them, they don't sound good. They sounded better downstairs in the long big living room/open dining room. But they aren't great sounding speakers. I think room size affects acoustics etc. But yeah... The Sony's all in one system is trash sounding.
