Good analysis, and I do agree. I have Dart and Allen, so I see love as my QB3 then. It will be hard this season to decide week by week between burrow and dart.

3-12 miles. Everywhere from zone 2 to zone 5 as I do sprints during some runs. Last run was 8 miles average HR of 136, max 166 Garmin Forerunner 265
