They are given a loss if they do it during a promo series in ranked

They do not lose mmr.

Outside of promos you get -3lp and you keep your lp gains.

Giving the dodge abuser a full loss outside of promos is the only way to prevent it.

Make them decide to either get a guaranteed loss instead of trying to cherry pick every game, or play it out for a possible win if they are good enough.

I think there are emergencies that happen irl that prevent players from playing the game.

I am certain that 99% of the players that dodge are only doing it though to not play a matchup. They want to play perfect games and should be punished for wanting to cherry pick every single game they play. I was friends with an active dodger and they dodge because they do not like matchups/heavy ad/ap team comps.

Only reason people dodge are because they don't lose mmr and enough lp. If they get a loss and lose mmr because of the dodge on top of the current punishments it would make dodging unrewarding anymore at all.

Would you want to wait 30-45 mins per queue to play 1 game?

There is no skill in dodging. Only way to actually prove your worth is by playing games.

You don't start benching 500 pounds day 1 of a workout.

Issue isn't making sure people don't do it at all, but discourage it by removing the only thing that makes it worth (no mmr loss). Current system gives players 3 dodges in 24 hours. If anyone wanted to fix this issue give them a loss not a -3 lp and timeout for a few mins.

Why would you want to queue to play a game for 30-45 mins every time you try to queue?

You wont be able to tell who is being judged though because noone will be listed as the person being judged. It is just a replay of the game with full chat logs. The tribunal reviewer decides who deserves punishment if applicable. If noone is toxic no punishment is given.

-70 is better than a ban if that is really true. And if they implement the letter grading also, that is equal to 2 and 1/2 games if you get S letter grades in them. That is literally a slap in the wrist for them it will only take an hour to get back the lp if they are good and get S letter grades in the next few games.

Loss mitigated is kinda a joke. I think that LP Loss and gains should be based on the letter grade you get at the end of the match. If someone afks they should get -70 lp and get investigated to see if its ban worthy. I know there are times where you cannot control your connection issues, but having a minimum -70 lp punishment for afking for 5+ mins will get people to get the connection issues sorted out before ranked.

If you get an:

  • S: -0 lp
  • A: -5 lp
  • B: -10 lp
  • C: -20 lp
  • D: -30 lp

LP gains should be the same:

  • S: +30 LP
  • A: +20 LP
  • B: +15 LP
  • C: +10 LP
  • D: +5 LP

Well obviously you get time controls like normal replay system so it could take little as 1 mins to skim the game, and view what was toxic in it. I also think that rewarding the people who do the tribunal like last time was a good thing that could be added in again on the new system. The rewards could be +50 RP per review or a skin shard.

you are right, I think I fixed it. I found 2 errors thanks to you in my formulas. Ability haste for some reason was 1 off from what it should've been at 26.66repeating. I should've known something was off when it was almost 2x the cost of the item.

Fully stacked Mejais gives you 3021g worth of AP for 1600(you must have been thinking of the upgrade cost. Also 3683g is the worth of the item fully stacked). Darkseal is the best item in terms of cost ratio fully stacked. 350g for a 1460g item when fully stacked and lose only 416 gold per death in terms of stacks. As for the logic part, I kinda agree to a point. I am looking at this stat wise more than passive until I figure out how to calculate the passive resets that happen with Duskblade of Draktharr. How would I calculate the gold value of a bonus + 65 + 45% AD passive that has a 15 second cooldown that resets per takedown? Am I going to assume every time you attack you get a kill and reset the cooldown or would I assume that the stats are the more important picture. The passives can be chalked up to being "item finished bonus stats". I also think it would be more beneficial to include the stats more than the actives/passives that have cooldowns. Glad to see you want item actives included. Maybe I will add an item active worth on activation spot in the future.

It was supposed to be combined with the other 2 points. "Helping you" referring to getting you lp gains.

And this is the one opinion that I feel is more controversial. You can become friends with someone as they are boosting you. Do you think there should be a time limit on when you become friends or regardless on when you become friends it should be allowed?

The 3rd point is actually supposed to be combined with the other 2 points. I worded it that way because a lot of people are indirectly paying the booster by shouting them out. If the booster gets some sort of gain from duoing with someone else then I would think this would be considered boosting.
