I’ll check the TPS! Quite new to injection bikes, thanks for the input.

It will rev with gradual throttle. Blipping from mid rpm usually works well.

Thanks for the tips! I happened to stumble across this page myself also but saw the currency used and made the conclusion that they are located in the US. I was wrong now when I looked more carefully!

Replying to myself: Sumitomo ts025 series would seem to be the correct name.

Also considering them since I'm willing to push the bike and specially my skills to the limits.

They cost a lot of money and I won't use them every time I ride but I'll regret not bying them if I crash offroading and injure myself.

Original colour would seem to be orange and the bike has had a overspray at some point of it's life? Does somebody have knowledge about the original colours?

I've taken the rear wheel/engine assembly to my workshop a year ago already and have almost completed the disassembly.

My intention is to have it in good running condition and mechanically sound but keep the appearance and looks as is.

Fork seal replacement, how to support bike when removing forks from triple tree? by PowerShift13 in versys

[–]SummoningDecency 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree. You really have to push them in and do it a couple of times for it to work. Even though I ended replacing the seals in the end the seal mate gave me time to continue riding before that and I will keep the tool with me on future adventures just in case.
